• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals.


• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential individual donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic foundations.


• Organize and manage fundraising campaigns, donor drives, and charity events.


• Write compelling grant proposals and funding applications.


• Maintain a donor database and ensure timely donor communication, appreciation, and reporting.


• Monitor fundraising performance and provide regular reports to leadership.


• Create partnership opportunities with local businesses, CSR programs, and charitable institutions.


• Ensure transparency, ethical standards, and compliance in all fundraising activities.


• Identify emerging fundraising trends (digital giving, Zakat, crowdfunding, donor clubs, etc.) and apply them to our strategy.


• Represent the organization in community events, expos, CSR fairs, social impact conferences, and charity exhibitions.


• Ensure the orphanage’s active presence in relevant corporate, or public initiatives where visibility is valuable.
