As a Dermatologist at Blink Bees , you will be responsible for conducting virtual and on-site skin consultations , advising customers on skincare routines, and collaborating with our R&D Lab to enhance existing products and develop new, effective formulations. You will act as both a medical advisor and brand ambassador , ensuring that our customers receive expert guidance while contributing to product innovation based on real-world feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site and virtual skin consultations for customers.

Provide personalized skincare recommendations based on individual needs.

Answer customer queries via phone, chat, or video call in a professional and timely manner.

Collaborate with the R&D and product development team to improve current

products and create new ones.

Stay updated on skincare trends, ingredients, and technologies.

Participate in internal training and contribute to educational content for customers and sales teams.

Represent Blink Bees in public engagements, campaigns, or awareness sessions when needed.

Candidate Requirements:

MBBS with FCPS/MD in Dermatology or equivalent qualification.

Valid PMDC (now NMC) registration.

Minimum 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (preferably in clinical or cosmetic dermatology).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment .
