| Job Description: |
- Identifying manages relationships with suppliers for fruit & Vegetables.
- specifications, and other project documents to understand the scope of work and identify cost components.
- Developing detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and other expenses.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary project information.
- Conducting market research to stay informed about current material and labor costs.
- Performing cost-benefit analyses and identifying opportunities to optimize project budgets.
- Assisting in the preparation of project bids and proposals for clients.
- Keeping accurate records of all cost estimation activities and data.
- Monitoring project expenditures to ensure they align with the established cost estimates.
- Identifying potential risks and uncertainties that could impact project costs
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations on cost estimates for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and cost estimation techniques.·
