Assignment
The Office Helper is responsible for all below responsibilities and report to HR department.
Chain of Command
Under the authority of:
Area Admin & HR Officer
Working Relations Internal Relations:
HR-Finance-Logistic Department
- Program Department
- AMEU Department
- MIS Unit
Functions
Main Responsibilities:
- The Office Helper has to:
- Make and serve tea/meal for Meeting Participant at office and Field.
- Arrangement of Refreshment at Office and field.
- Support staff for caring material in Office and Field.
- Support staff in loading and unloading of normal material used for refreshment, IEC and project material at office and field.
- Maintain and clean Project Items and Premises.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Any other Task assign by Supervisor
