| Job Description: |
We are extending services in 20 CT Scan Centers within Punjab for well being of needy patients under Private Partnership Agreement with Govt. of Punjab, thus looking an experienced technical official being Asst. Application Manager (CT).
The Asst. Application Manager (CT) wil work closely with the Project Manager in all possible ways for smooth running of all CT Scan Centers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To look after the operations of CT Scan Project including day to day supervision of all centers
- To travel to all CT centers periodically for quality & operational checks as per business requirement
- Flexible and committed to carry out and supervise monthly audit of all the centers regarding clinical aspects by assisting the Project Manager
- To check and maintain the quality of scans being performed at all centers
- To perform equipment quality checks and to make counter steps for troubleshooting problems on all the CT scan centers with intimation to PM/CEO
- To maintain items inventory relevant for day to day requirement by determining inventory level in head office as well as all the centers by taking feedback from team leaders
- Maintaining protocols of the software/parts being used in all CT equipment
- To train employees (technologist, Technician, FDO etc) regarding equipment handling & patient protection
- Daily CCTV surveillance of CT Scan centers by prompt direction if any un-wanted activities are observed
- Ensuring day to day clinical CT Operations of all the centers
- Maintaining safe, clean & healthy working environment by complying with SOPs, procedures, rules, and regulations within the centers as per international standards
- Any other task(s) assigned by Project Manager/Management
Personal Specifications:
- Degree and equivalent experience, sound CT operational background with excellent knowlegde
- Fluency in writing/speaking English with all possible interpersonal skills
- Punctuality/time management in all respect and a proactive "can do" approach to complex solutions
- Ability to provide adequate & efficient feedback to management
