Main Objectives

Control, monitor and supervise management of Emergency Preparedness, Medical, WatSan and Logistical stocks and assets. Ensuring that management of all stocks is carried out as per MSF guidelines and SOPs Responsible for efficient and accountable management of the Coordination Warehouse facility and all as-associated warehouse operations

 Responsibilities/Activities:

• Physically and administratively manages EPREP, Medical, WatSan and Logistical stocks in conjunction with the supply team leader and the stockowners and assumes responsibility for the warehouse and its contents.
• To ensure that all necessary tools and management procedures are in place to avoid stock ruptures and losses (expiries, damages due to bad storage conditions, temperature breach or excess stock).
• Regular reporting on stock situation and key performance indicators to line managers and stock owners
• Monthly warehouse Temperature and Humidity data to share with line manager
• Expired drugs management as per MSF SOPs
• Ensures that all items are well organized, shelves are labelled and products are correctly stored according to their specificity, well protected, fully identified and easily accessible (cleanliness, security, access, etc.).
• Regularly checks inventory levels (physical counts), keeps inventories up to date and monitors consumption.
• Reception of goods in Unifield as per SOP
• Responsible for being physically present during reception of all international cargoes arriving at the Coordination Warehouse.
• Field visits for team support and gap filling as needed
• Responsible for real time update of Stock cards, MSR, LSR and SMS with support from storekeeper assistant.
• To implement good distribution practices (GDP) for medical warehouse and all incoming & outgoing shipments from medical warehouse.
• Responsible for reception and dispatching of medical and Logistical products.
• Supervising the team under his/her responsibility including the definition and planning of each person's tasks (daily supervision and checking the quality of their work); drawing up working schedule and organizing and leading team meetings.
• Supervising, in close coordination with the HR department, the associated processes ( training/induction, evaluation, potential detection, development and communication) of the staff under his/her responsibility in order to ensure both the sizing and the amount of knowledge required.

Requirements:

Education:Minimum Bachelor Degree

Experience: Experience in medical warehousing and in supervisory position

Knowledge and experience with Supply Chain Information (SAP) systems

Languages:Proficient in English and Urdu, desirable: command of any other relevant local language
