A non for profit organization engaged in support of vulnerable communities through its programmes for Orphan kind, Thirst Relief, Emergency Response, Healthcare and Feed Our World in various areas all over the country. Organization requires services of “Coordination Officer”, duties of that position could be as under but not limited to these:

Coordination and Liaison

·         Coordination and meeting with Penny Appeal Head Office.

·         Conduct meetings with partners and stakeholders

·         Attend district level coordination and cluster meetings

Provide support to partners

·         Implementation of project as per agreed SoP’s

·         Feedback collection and reporting

·         Project documentation

·         Plan and arrange meetings with communities

Verification and Monitoring

·         Verification of selected beneficiaries

·         Monitor construction and installation activities

·         Monitor sessions and trainings

·         Verify completed work

·         Spot check of completed and ongoing activities

Reporting and documentation

·         Plan, prepare and submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports

·         Field visits, verification and follow up reports

Identification of new projects

·         Plan and identify communities and locations for special projects assigned by Head Office.

Facilitation of visitors and donors

·         Plan and prepare field visits for donors as well as Head Office representatives

Perform any task assigned by line manager.
