Job Description:

• Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy


• Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.


• Responsible to generate digital content for blog posts, website & landing pages’ content, captions for social media posts, branding material and presentations


• Candidate must be responsible to research, conceptualize, and write compelling and SEO friendly content.


• Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions.


• Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals


• Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts


• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation


• Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content


• Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding.


• Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos.


• Standardize content across platforms and media.


• Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers.


• Play active part in building company's branding/marketing collateral.


• Study the software product in detail and talk with product designers and developers.

Requirements:

• 16 years of education


• 1 to 2 years of Proven experience working in a technical content writing position


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences


• Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking


• Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS


• Adobe Photoshop and SEO tools experience will be a plus
