Job Description: |
- Candidate must have experience of Oracle HCM modules.
- Should also hold Oracle Certifications in Oracle EBS R12x and above.
- Oracle ERP HCM Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, configuring and supporting Oracle EBS HCM modules like Oracle Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Performance Management and HR Cloud services like TALEO. Accurate requirement analysis and configuration is pivotal for the job.
- MBA or BS/M.Sc. or equivalent from recognized University with overall 4+ years experience as HCM consultant of Oracle EBS R12x and above, and should have experience of at least 3 complete project life cycles
