Cultivate an excellent working partnership with the restaurant management teamEndeavour to be able to look at the menu through the eyes of the customer.·
Menu designing, planning, engineering and changing-constantly review the menu and bring about changes seasonally and as and when required·
To consistently raise service standards and level of satisfaction with both staff and customers and striving to exceed customer expectations at all times.·
Produce recipes and ensure staff follows them.·
Control of wastage.·
Monitor day to day food service administration.·
Ensure the service is smooth and all the dishes are served as per specification.·
To ensure the whole team, including waiting & bar team, are trained in the safe handling and usage of knives and supervised for safety regularly.·
To monitor all equipment & report any maintenance issues.· To report any complaints, accidents, incidents or other irregularities to the senior management·
To ensure that the companies Health & Safety Policy and Food Safety Management System are adhered to in the kitchen.·
To ensure the menu, daily specials and promotional menus are available, as appropriateTo carry out supervision, planning, training, coaching and developing of the kitchen team to meet the needs of the customer, the business. Required Experience and Skills ·
At least Six years in a Head chef role·
Previous experience as Head chef ideally within a similar style restaurant.·
Knowledge of butchery.·
Fresh food background·
Head chef leading a team previously·
Willing to move to the UK (Birmingham, West Midlands)·
Passionate Head chef with drive and passion for fresh ingredients.·
Willing to work 5/7 days including weekends.·
Able to read, write and speak English to a high standard Reward Salary-£40,000.00 plus Tips per annum PLUS Free Meals of lunch and dinner every day the Chef Works PLUS accommodation will be provided by the Company at £3600.00 per annum PLUS all travel costs in relation to coming to the UK will be paid by the Company
