The ideal candidate will perform following duties:

·         Able to Handel Patients Video and Voice Calls

·         Adhere Shift Roster and maintain Call quality scores

·         Maintain minimum patient satisfaction standards

·         Basic Health advice, Management of Day to day common problems faced by patients on their own.

·         Able to analyze and suggest OTC medicine, First Aid medical advice and home care remedies or possible Medical Lab Test for better treatment of Shifaam’s patients

·         Able to refer to the relevant Physician/Health care professional on board with Shifaam.

·         Experience and/or expertise in one or preferably more of the following technical areas: community health, maternal and child health, nutrition and common communicable diseases.
