· Observe OPD timings of Consultants and allocate empty slots as per work flow.
· Maintain and implement monthly rotation of clinical assistants.
· Keenly observe OPD of every consultant.

· Participate in the development of department initiatives; contributes ideas when asked on department initiatives and goals that will make a difference to the efficiency and effectiveness of Clinical Operations.
· Establish clear performance expectations and goals, and manage performance to those goals.
· Manage the daily operations and responsibilities to deliver excellent patient care.
· Assist in the oversight of clinical operational strategies.
· Provide the tools and resources required to fulfill expectations.
· Manage staff to establish competencies and proficiency standards.
· Provide frequent performance feedback to direct reports. Prepare and deliver annual reviews and accompanying documents.
· Hold direct reports accountable for successful job performance and work behavior by providing feedback, recognition, and appropriate positive and negative consequences.
· Effectively load-level of work and delegate responsibility to others appropriately.
