Description:
- Maintain and increase knowledge of product, disease, competitors and selling skill for prescription generation.
- Promote assigned product mix through full coverage of target territory spending 90% of available time in detailing activity and implementation of Cycle plan.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to increase customer base while maintaining superior service to current customers (healthcare professionals).
- Deliver superior brand presentations to customers by fully planning each call with specific objectives, maintaining customer Interest, handling objections, communicate product features as customers’ benefits and competently use product.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all reports, maintenance of territory records, handling enquirers and complaints promptly and professionally in line with company procedure.
- Develop opinion leaders as speaker to promote product through scientific symposia
