Regulatory & Compliance:

• License holder for the Company.
• Provide leadership for regulatory affairs related activities to the Company and Principals.

To lead in products registration and compliance to local regulations and guidelines for advertisement and sales promotion of company products. 

• Ensure quality and good standard operating procedures within the healthcare distribution centers.
• Ensure business is compliance with marketing guidelines. Training & Business Development:
• To provide training management support to the Company stakeholders.
• Support Marketing Department in business development such as product evaluation and pre-launch activities. 
• To represent the Company in pharmacy related activities organized by relevant societies or institution.
• To provide support for drafting and proof reading of Product`s related brouchers and ensuring the error free printing.
• Dissemination of Product related material to stakeholders and branches.
• Products Demonstration and answer to the quires of audience.

Requirements:  

• Degree/ License .
• Registration Certificate from Punjab Pharmacy Council.
• Good knowledge in local regulations for regulatory affairs and compliance management, Visionary leader, focus and results driven.
• Good team work, independent and committed to works across functional departments.
• Possess good negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
• Preparation of documents required for registration or any other product related purpose
• Knowledge & Preparation of documents required for registration or any other product related purpose.
• Capable to deal with external authorities like Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP,PQCB)
• Complete knowledge of products storage, handling and standards thereof.
