Anzaa Ltd have recently acquired the Master Franchise rights for two burger brands for Pakistan, being Counter and Built Custom Burgers. We are seeing to appoint a Country Manager based in our offices in Islamabad.

The candidate  MUST have previously worked in a restaurant/QSR business in a Managerial capacity in Pakistan and be able to demonstrate their skills in operating and controlling a business to the highest level.You must be able to demonstrate your ability to drive sales, control costs and recruit and train team members to deliver the highest standards.

This is a hands-on position and the candidate will be active in the stores in the early set up period. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers for all equipment and food items as well as overseeing the shop fit out.

You MUST have experience in a similar role, ideally in a branded business, but certainly in a high street business. You will need to show drive, ambition and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team. Having worked previously in any American branded food business will be a huge advantage. We are seeking a candidate who can successfully open our first store and progress to lead our team at head office to open further stores and recruit franchisees.

Training will be done in the UK and USA so the applicant must be prepared and able to travel.
