| Job Description: |
- To review and ensure compliancce of departmental policies and procedures in compliance with ISO
- To maintain effective coordination with consultants/ medical/ para medical staff to ensure efficient flow departmental operations and future improvements.
- To maintains internal controls and monitor the departmental operatios cycle process for successful targets achievements.
- Actively participates in the departmental strategic planing and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives.
- To conduct frequent clinical rounds and inspection to monitor & ensure patient satisfaction.
- To develop new bussiness strategies and improve overall departmental efficiency.
- To monitor and ensure patient satisfaction and be proactive in managing any issue that are identified.
