· Manage and maintain the Social Protection Program activities effectively in the area/region of his/her appointment
· Ensure legal standards and guidelines are being followed and the child’s best Interest
· Provide regular programmatic support i.e. management of the filed activities
· arrangement of the related events, coordination with concerned government departments and other fellow organizations
· Coordinate and arrange trainings for the character-building of children, arrange and manage recreational events and create exposure opportunities for the children and their families
· Conduct investigations into reports of abuse (i.e. violation of sponsorship agreement
· conduct interviews and facilitate, medical or psychological examinations)
· Identify and implement health care and other related activities
· Support the families of the sponsored children in preparing related legal and financial
documents where applicable (written and verbal)
· Develop and implement case plans including reviews and evaluations, collecting of data and individual annual reports, database and other related
· Provide personal history reports/case studies of the outstanding children and make recommendations
REQUIREMENTS:
· University Degree in Social Sciences preferably in Sociology, Psychology or Social Work
· At least 2 years proven work experience in the field of Social / Child Protection
· Excellent organizing and coordination skills
· High level initiative Skills
· Excellent communication/ Interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to teamwork
· Ability to attend to multiple tasks and perform at times under pressure
· Computer skills plus excellent writing skills
· Ability and proven proficiency in English and Urdu. For duty station at KPK. Pashto is a must Knowledge of Arabic Language would be considered an asset
· The candidate must preferably hail from the same district
· Ability and willingness to extensive travel to project areas when and as as required.
