Job Description:

• Leading team of healthcare front desk management for clients based in U.S. 


• Understand, oversee and resolve all medical claims, insurance verification and eligibility.


• Fix rejected claims received from Clearing Houses and prepare them to be resubmitted.


• The follow up on pending claims by calling insurance companies.


• Fix denied claims over the phone on the basis of insurance policies.


• Coordinate with American office staff to get things done in timely manners.


• Defined KPIs as in accordance with best practices and ensure compliance


• Define Strategic goals for Healthcare Operations in order to improve work efficiency and cost effectiveness


• Staff supervision, Hire new staff and train employees on processes and best practices.


• Develop tracking and analysis for medical claims from billing through final resolution.


• Reconcile the billing entered by Billing Dept.
