| Job Description: |
- Initiates follow-up calls with panels to achieve maximum rate of return. Pharmacy Panel data Collection from the different towns on Monthly basis
- Receives and processes all incoming calls from panel, referring non-routine questions to manager.
- Prepares and mails hardcopy data collection documents to assigned panel.
- Administers electronic data capture strategies to assigned panel.
- May work cross-functionally with coding team to resolve data quality issues.
- Distributors data collection of different cities on Monthly basis
- Doctors data collection for MDI form the different cities
- Resolve the issue at distributors end for collecting electronic data at outlet level
- Handling queries and provide the required information to Karachi office on daily basis
