| Job Description: |
- Deal with Social Security, EOBI, WAPDA, LDA, PEPA, Corporation, labor, SuiGas police and all Government Departments.
- Maintainace of all factory and their Equipment.
- Monitor security & safety staff and availability of safety equipments at sight. Check guards duties on all sites.
- Institutional and departmental Work.
- Marketing Support.
- Handle all Logistic Movement Of factory.
- Good Received & Foods Dispatch from Godams
- Containers unload from godams.
- Sourcing of Security Guards as per requirement.
- Fulfill all Directors and MD requirements.
- Take care of all companies Site 4K, 2K, 22K, 164d Faisal Town, 117-F Model Town Lahore, 26K model town Lahore.
- To assist Director Company affairs for the effective and smooth functioning of security matters.
- Monitor security guards to enforce security/safety programs that enable the company’s assets to function according to the guidelines, quality standards, and operating objectives of the company.
- Supervises Security staff duties include planning, scheduling, organizing and directing work, training personnel
- Establishes security patrol priorities.
- Crime Prevention identifying high risk areas and initiates actions to reduce risk exposure.
- Reviews utilization and maintenance of security equipment weapons, fire extinguishers.
- Teaches and enforces safety regulations at the work site.
- Prepares daily and periodic reports to director Company affairs regarding activities.
- Development of security &Admin Standard operating Proceadure.
- Night visits of warehouses/stores to ensure security of materials.
- Monitor checking of labour at the time of shutdown.
- Patrol factory premises to prevent and detect signs of disturbance and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
- Maintains and recommends changes or improvements in the system for security guard activities.
