Job Description:

 

  • Availability of utilities connections (GAS, telephone, electricity, water, cable) at Restaurants 
  • Licensing  (food, trade, tourism, labor, PESSI, EOBI, LCCI)
  • Liaisons with government departments (WAPDA, PTCL, WASA, PHA, LDA, TEPA, TMA, NHA, CDA, DMA etc.)
  • Liaison with the Police , Law enforcing agencies, Labor courts, consumer courts and food courts in case of any discrepancy.
  • Security management (restaurants and office) & Parker Management.
  • Transportation tasks (pick & drop of staff, day to day administrative tasks)
  • Vehicle and office maintenance.
  • Boarding and lodging including visas and tickets.
  • Management of office environment/discipline.
  • Planning, organizing, providing leadership and controlling all administrative functions.
  • Fire and safety arrangements on stores and head office.
  • Supervising the work of clerical and secretarial staff, monitoring the workload and work rate.
  • Monitoring overtime of Drivers /clerical staff.
  • Supervising the implementation of new office systems.
  • Diesel delivery on all outlets.
  • TRs (Travel requirements verifying and arrangements).
  • Coordination between site owners and company regarding any issue for payment of rent and other allied work.
  • MOUs/Agreements Development and Management.
  • Liaison with company attorney.
  • Registration and management of all other agreements described by management time by time.
