| Job Description: |
- We are looking for Administration Officer to supervise daily support operations of company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. Individual will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.
- Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
- Organize and supervise other office activities
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Preferably with Army Background or retired Army Officer.
