| Job Description: |
- To coordinate with Technical Supervisor to ensure timely reporting of lab test results.
- To ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
- To monitor department environment while ensuring cleanliness in the department.
- To resolve any technical issue well in time.
- To work in team with spirit of great coordination.
- To monitor & maintain inventory system.
- To ensure quality of kits, instruments, sample and other accessories used for testing.
- To timely report any incident in the department to the Shift Incharge & ensure its proper documentation as required.
- To perform any other responsibility assigned by senior.
- All types of authorized testing.
- Responsible to conduct/process samples under the Lab guidelines.
- To ensure execution of system development, implementation and maintenance of ISO.
- To complete required training within specified timeframe.
- To stay knowledgeable in procedures and methods performed.
- To initiate self-training, through reading current literature, technical papers, publishing technical papers.
- To read and comply with standards, regulations, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- To carry out the tests included in all programs initiated by the lab itself or whichever the lab registers to including ILC and PT.
- To ensure that all tests are performed with calibrated equipment, using a standard test method, under the required environmental conditions and by qualified staff members who are able to supervise and to perform on their own.
- To ensure completion of all tasks relating to the quality assurance techniques planned by Lab authorities.
- To ensure completion and safe handling of documents and records relating to Quality Assurance activities.
- To ensure cooperation and coordination with MR to ensure timely execution and completion of these activities as well as proper handling of documentation.
