Write edit and maintain all technical documentation including:
- Instructional materials, training documents specifications, processes, standards, forms, workflows quick references, end user manuals.
· Work closely with developers to determine content from technical documentation and gather information and requirements.
· Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
· Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
· Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
· Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
· Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or trainings
· Gather usability feedback from different stakeholders
· Revise documents as new issues arise
· Preferable certification in technical or professional writing
· Excellent communication skills and command over English
· Broad technical knowledge on a variety of topics including hardware, software, database system, Web interfaces and motivated to learn new technical concepts
· Meticulous attention to detail, organized, and structured with excellent analytical skills
· Excellent knowledge of Ms Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
· Knowledge of Ms Visio & Access, are an asset.

· Organize and write supporting documents for software products
· Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides · Work individually and with other team members and staff to create, edit, validate and publish new content
· Use pictures, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
· Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or trainings
· Gather usability feedback from different stakeholders
· Proactively collaborate and revise/edit soon-to-be-expiring objects to ensure they remain relevant and active
