| Job Description: |
The position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.
The position will have all the departments under Nursing-Medical Services reporting to it.
Summary:
Should be able to supervise Nursing Unit Heads for all departments under Medical Services. Responsible for clinical evaluation and delivery of high quality nursing practice in all units assigned. Can participate in the design and implementation of protocols and practices in compliance with JCI standards. Should be able to perform clinical evaluation and performance reviews of Nursing Staff.
