• Producing assigned Articles/Blogs/Emails and other content forms by following Guidelines 
• Contributing to long form content such as ebooks, in-depth articles, guides etc.
• Distributing your published content in relevant communities and build relationships with fellow industry writers.
• Brainstorming Content Ideas/Campaigns/Headlines with the team.
• On-going content practices updates & internal SOP updates. (Monitor Industry Blogs, Competitor Blogs, Experiment & Apply.)
• Managing brand's editorial newsletter strategy.
• Writing daily health, food, fitness and lifestyle news stories with a broad appeal but unique angle.
• Write, editing, and publishing original news content covering the topics of news, health studies, food trends, viral content, fitness and wellness for the brand.
• Recruiting and managing local health and wellness experts for advise and quotes.
• Using Google Analytics to report on key metrics regarding the content you publish and update.
• Writing click, search-friendly headlines that perform well on social media and in our newsletters.
• Working with the in-house design team to develop infographics, illustrations and other original creative assets.
• Keeping the current health, fitness and wellness content updated on site.
• Helping drive and improve reader engagement, traffic, and social traction on all content.
• Performing other editorial tasks and projects as necessary when required to support business objectives.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, communications or related field
• A strong desire to be part of the Disrupt brand
• Experience working with content management systems and writing for social media
• Exceptional writing, editing and grammatical skills
• A knack for writing engaging yet search-friendly headlines
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, balancing multiple projects
• Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Efficiency, accuracy, dependability and strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written english communication
• Not afraid to wear multiple hats - no job being too small or too large
