| Job Description: |
- Monitor, supervise, inspect and report quality issues
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Setting quality assurance compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved and are within industry's regulatory requirements
- Setting up/maintaining controls and documentation procedures (KPIs)
- Preparing reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Supervising technical staff in conducting tests and checks for quality assurance
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Business Unit
