Job Description: |
We are looking for a Policy Analyst who will be responsible for:
- Researching new & upcoming rules and regulations pertaining to the US healthcare industry, HIPAA & HITECH and healthcare industry best practices.
- Devising policies & procedures and getting them implemented in the organization.
- Creative writing and coordinating with different departments for developing Standard Operative Procedures.
- Proofreading, correcting written scripts, checking for flow, sense, clarity, consistency, and grammar in official documents.
- Training employees to be complaint with and aware of all organization policies and rules.
- Designing, writing and/or producing presentations, articles, leaflets, in-house' journals, publicity and brochures.
- Researching, writing and distributing presentations to targeted audience.
- Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies and presentations.
Required Skills:
- Excellent writing capabilities, experience in content writing will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of different ISO standards and some working experience on ISO standards.
