Job Description:

·         To screen women in different OPD clinics inside health facility

·         Hold group counselling sessions on RH and FP And PAC services

·         Mobilize and refer women to FP and PAC clinics

·         Maintain group and individual counselling session record on daily basis

·         Prepare monthly activity report and submit on regular basis as per specified format

·         Manage clientele and OPD outside the clinics

·         Women professionals are encouraged to apply

·         Facilitate service provider in record keeping and in other  activities being conducted at a health facility

·         Coordinate with community mobilization team for mutual sharing of clients information

·         Joint community based sessions and documentation as and when advised.

·         To support in meetings and trainings at a health facility level  

·         Hold sessions in integration with other components of inside and outside organization with in health facility

·         Support in client tracking and maintain records

Any other task assigned by supervisor
