| Job Description: |
- Supervise daily administrative operations.
- Developing, reviewing and improving administrative policies, procedure and system.
- Direct, supervise and evaluate the work activities of personnel including medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service and maintenance staff.
- Liaise between department heads, medical staff and governing boards, attend meetings and coordinate interdepartmental meetings.
- Monitoring expenses and suggesting cost-effective solutions.
- Resolve potential issues with patients and staff.
- Manage security arrangements and attend to problems arising thereof.
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations
